RAVEN Task Force Investigation Leads to Arrest and Seizure of Suspected Cocaine
The Regional Anti-Violence Enforcement & Narcotics (RAVEN) Task Force, as part of an ongoing drug investigation, served search warrants with the assistance of the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office and the Spokane Police Department SWAT Teams. One suspect was arrested for Criminal Conspiracy, and Investigators seized a sizable amount of Cocaine, indicating possible drug distribution activity.

In August 2026, as part of an ongoing RAVEN Task Force drug investigation, Detectives obtained search warrants for locations within Spokane County.
On August 20, 2026, RAVEN, with the assistance of the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office and Spokane Police Department SWAT Teams, served the search warrants. Investigators contacted and arrested 33-year-old Jun K. Luen for one count of Criminal Conspiracy, a felony.
They also located and seized what appeared to be a sizeable, distribution-weight amount of suspected Cocaine, which will be sent to a crime lab for testing and confirmation.
Luen was transported and booked into the Spokane County Jail on a felony charge of Criminal Conspiracy.
This remains an active investigation, and no additional information is available at this time; however, additional charges and/or arrests are possible.
